LEED Professionals
Our Sustainable Team includes LEED® Accredited Professionals, Value Engineers,
Project Managers, Design Professionals and Qualified Commissioning Process Providers who have sustainable experience
in a wide range of project types including: education, corporate office, industrial, medical and commercial arenas.
Our team has helped with the planning of Greening of the Built Environment Conferences, constructed green libraries,
taught Introductory LEED® courses, authored sustainable papers and acted as guest speakers regarding sustainability
for many organizations. We are familiar with all of the USGBC's LEED® programs as well as the Green Guide for Health Care.
Industry Involvement
Boldt's Sustainable Team is actively involved with promoting sustainability in the construction industry. Following is
a sample of the sustainable activities our staff has been involved with:
- Presented an overview of the Wisconsin River Valley Regional Office and its HVAC system to the ASHRAE group in Madison
- Attended the WGBA's (Wisconsin Green Building Alliance's) SE2 (Sustainability & Energy Efficiency) Leadership Conference in Oconomowoc.
Presented an overview of where Boldt started with sustainability and where we're at now.
- Attended the USGBC GreenBuild Conference in Atlanta. Boldt won a "poster competition" which consisted of a case study for Wisconsin River
Valley Office that was displayed during the conference.
- Presented a workshop on sustainability at the UMR-ACUHO conference.
- Attended the WASB (Wisconsin Association of School Board) Convention in Milwaukee, and gave a presentation with
Focus on Energy, Luck School District, and the Eau Claire School District on "How to make Wisconsin Schools Green". This was a 75
minute presentation which focused on the LEED®-EB and LEED®-NC documentation and submittal process.
